By entering your mobile number on our scheduling pages and clicking “Schedule,” “Submit,” or any similar button, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Hurley Write (“we,” “us,” “our”) related to your interaction with us.

1. What you’re opting in to

By providing your mobile number, you agree we may send you text messages about:

• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates
• Follow-up messages related to your scheduled call, meeting, or program
• Occasional messages about services or resources we believe are relevant to you

Message frequency will vary based on how often you schedule or engage with us.

2. Consent & eligibility

You must be the owner of the mobile number you provide or have permission to use it. By opting in, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. Your consent to receive SMS messages from Hurley Write cannot be sold, shared, or transferred to any other party. Your decision to opt in is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

3. No sale or sharing of your data or consent

We take this seriously:

• We do not sell your mobile number, SMS consent, or SMS-related data.
• We do not share or transfer your consent so other companies can text you.
• We only share your number with service providers who help us send messages (for example, our telephony/SMS platform), and they are not allowed to use it for their own marketing.

4. Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply to each SMS or MMS message sent or received, as provided in your mobile telephone service plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details.

5. How to opt out

You can opt out of SMS messages from us at any time:

• Reply STOP to any SMS we send.
• You may also contact us at info@hurleywrite.com or 877-24-WRITE (877-249-7483) and request to be removed from SMS messaging.

After you send STOP, we may send one final confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

7. Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on this page with the “Last updated” date revised. Your continued use of our scheduling pages and SMS program after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
